Peter Makarenko

Peter Makarenko, 91, passed away at home in Union on November 21, 2014. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service on Tuesday, November 25 at 12 noon at the Union Funeral Home-Lytwyn & Lytwyn, 1600 Stuyvesant Ave., Union with the interment to follow at Graceland Memorial Park, Kenilworth, NJ. There will be a visitation at the funeral home from 11 AM until the time of the service. Peter was the dear brother of Tamara Gonchar and her husband Mikola, the loving uncle of Peter and John Gonchar and Anna Deo and her husband Jeff, and the great uncle of Jessica and Kelly Deo.
