Pierre Philemon

Pierre E. Philemon passed away peacefully on December 25th, 2022 in Irvington, New Jersey.

Pierre Philemon was born June 8, 1955 in Haiti to Prezius Philemon and Soirina Alciné . Pierre Philemon went to Haute-Feuille national. Pierre Philemon married Mimose Colin Philemon in August 1981. After starting their family, Pierre and Mimose primarily resided in Villard before permanently relocating to the United States of America. While living in the USA, Pierre Philemon worked at Ceramic and National Magnetics group. Pierre Philemon greatly enjoyed teaching others, helping people, reading, and going to church.

Pierre Philemon is survived by his son Joseph Philemon , daughters: Vilna, Alisha, and Jany Philemon. Sisters: Marie Guerda Philemon, Metisema Fregis, Veronique Philemon; Brothers: Francois Philemon, Fresnel Philemon, and Madsen Philemon as well as numerous relatives from his father's side, and friends that are not listed.

His cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed by his family and friends, the church he attended, all the organizations and groups he was part of. Pierre was a kind, giving and very intelligent soul. Although he is gone, he will never leave our hearts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the funeral mass on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 103 S. Center Street, Orange, NJ (Please meet directly at Church).  Mausoleum entombment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery, Union.
