Piotr Marek Lizurej

Piotr Marek Lizurej, 68 of Bloomfield, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at his home. Born in Milkow, Poland on March 9, 1956 to Jan & Genowefa Lizurej, he lived in Bloomfield since coming to American in 1981. Piotr was an honest and hard working man who loved his family more than himself. He will be whole-heartedly cherished and missed.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Anna (nee: Siomko), loving son of Genowefa, cherished father of Sylvia Genovesi & her husband Joseph and the proud & loving dziadziu of Dravin & Violet Genovesi.

He is also survived by his brother Wieslaw Lizurej, brother-in-law, Andrzej Siomko & niece Kasia Solicka.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Valentine Church, 125 N. Spring St., Bloomfield, NJ. Cremation will take place after the mass at Rosedale Crematory, Orange, NJ.
