Robin G. Taylor, of Jersey City, formerly of Irvington, N.J transcended into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 1st in Jersey City, N.J-7 days shy of his 36th birthday. Rob was a multifaceted man who wore many hats uniquely, individually and lovingly just as he loved people. He was the former marketing director and editor of the Magazine Unvealed before returning to New Jersey from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. He was the General Manager and heart of White Star on Warren Street in Jersey City- known for slinging burgers, superior food, service, love, laughter and obstacles with a grace only the tremble in Michael Jackson's voice could comprehend. Rob was a Mets and 49ers fan, comedian, writer, actor, self-proclaimed feminist, humanitarian, but most importantly our guardian angel. He lives on through parents, Theresa Taylor and Melvin Searcy, aunts and uncles June Morris, Barry Palmer, Linda Palmer, Robert Palmer; cousins Jasmine Morris, Sade Morris, Darrol Morris Jr., Kai Palmer, Amilca Palmer and through all his friends and his White Star family.
