Silvio grew up in Irvington NJ and lived there most of his adult life with his father and mother, Joseph and Rose Ruglio who are now deceased. Silvio is survived by his brother Al and wife Barbara Ruglio, brother Joseph Ruglio, brother Louis and his wife Ana Ruglio, and nieces, Christina Ruglio, Debbie Ruglio and Deanna Ruglio, and nephews Steven Ruglio and Giovanni Moreau.
