Stefania Tkach age 85 of Monroe Twp. died on Thursday May 1, 2014 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge NJ. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral on Tuesday May 6, at 8:30am at the Union Funeral Home Lytwyn & Lytwyn 1600 Stuyvesant Ave, Union followed by a service at 9:30am at St John's Ukrainian Catholic Church Newark, and burial at St Andrews Ukrainian Cemetery South Bound Brook. Visitation will be on Monday From 6-9pm with a Parastas service at 7:30pm.Born in Ukraine Stefania came to the United States in 1950 and lived in Newark and Irvington before moving to Monroe Twp. 18 years ago. Stefania was a Lab technician for Schering Plough for many years.. beloved wife of the late William, Stefania is survived by her loving children Orest and his wife Maria, Walter and his wife Dawn, and Christina Duda and her husband Bohdan, her dear grand children Zenia, Lilliana, Valentyna, Amelia, Olivia, Melania, and Alexander, and her great grand daughter Lucia, her dear sister Natalka kozyra.
