Stephen Rochacewicz

Stephen Rochacewicz, 72, of Bloomfield, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Stephen was born in Montclair and spent a large portion of his life in Bloomfield, graduating Bloomfield High School in 1970.

Stephen loved NASCAR, Sunoco fuel and traveling to Florida. He enjoyed spending time with friends at Obal’s Inn in Bloomfield, where he even had his very own mug. In addition, he was an active member of his condo association board. He shared a wonderful zest for life and having fun, often being the life of the party.

He is survived by his brother John and wife Arleen and Edward and wife Deborah. Also, Brother Thomas (Robert) Rochacewicz, CSSR, died previously. His niece Jill (Craig) Rolfe and nephew Edward Jr. (Jacquelyn) Rochacewicz, as well as two great nieces, Emma and Lucy Rochacewicz, whom he loved dearly.

Visitation on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Valentine Church, 125 N. Spring St., Bloomfield, NJ.

Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Bloomfield.
