Tadeusz was the beloved husband of Danuta; devoted father of Janek Kozlowski and his wife, Monique, Malina Wojtkowski and her husband, Andrzej and Ania Budzyn and her husband, Lou;loving grandfather of Gary, Michal, Piotrus and Antos Kozlowski, Teresa Bocanegra and her husband, Johnny, Jasia Pombier and her husband, Charles, Halina and Marta Wojtkowski and Tomek, Robert and Adam Budzyn; cherished great grandfather of Natalia Pombier and dear brother of Anna Kaminski and the late Stanislaw Kozlowski. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association,(www.alz.org), would be appreciated.
