Violeta Albaniel Arcilla, entered into eternal life on April 7, 2021. Born on November 3, 1956 in Quezon, Philippines, Violeta was a mother of two, a grandmother of two generations, a sister, a wife, an aunt, and a great friend. She began her nursing career in the Philippines, at the Philippine General Hospital, then went to work at The King Fahad Military Medical City (KFMMC) in Saudi Arabia. She desired a better life for her family which led her to move to America where she resided with her family and worked a variety of nursing positions: initially employed as a graduate nurse, to becoming a staff nurse, to MDS Coordinator, Assistant Director of Nursing/Infection Control to Director of Nursing. Additionally, she worked as a Clinical Instructor and taught nurses in the making. She was the biggest overachiever there ever was. She graduated school with a bachelor's degree in nursing and continued on to complete her Masters. She was the most caring, most thoughtful, and most generous person. She was bold and passionate, the makings of a true fighter. She fought the virus long and hard for weeks. Violeta’s passing was sudden and unexpected. Although she is gone, she is never forgotten. Her memory and spirit will live on forever as she has touched the hearts of many. After all her hard work and dedication, may she finally rest in peace. Violeta would love for her family and friends to not be sad as she is now with our great creator and reunited with her past family members, her father Gregorio Albaniel, Sr. and brother Jesus Albaniel, instead, be happy and celebrate her life She is the beloved wife of Romeo Sedillo, cherished mother of her son Ariel Arcilla & daughter, Shalimar Longos, and the proud and loving grandmother of Jayzelle-Anne Yaoto, Jezzabelle-Ayn Yaoto, Sarrinna Rayn Longos, Charlie Ryan Longos, and great granddaughter, Kylie-Anne Gomez.
