Walter was predeceased by his sister, Mary Ivankow, and brothers, Bohdan, Michael and Julius. He is survived by his brother Nicholas and wife, Jean; loving nieces, Lara Vitiello and Tanya Rogowsky, and nephew, Walter Ivankow and wife, Bonnie. Walter graduated from Rutgers and Seton Hall Universities. He was in sales and taught business at Keyport High School. He was a Coast Guard Veteran of World War II.
