Walter Powell

Walter Powell quietly passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 82.

A long time resident of Trenton, NJ, a retiree and veteran, Walter was known to be a dependable, hardworking, and caring man. He was the 8th child of Ulysses and Ethel (Lee) Powell. Preceded to heavenly rest by his brothers, Willie Fred, Samuel, John, and sisters Pearl Jewel and Lillie.

A dedicated and devoted father, Walter is survived by his children Pamela and Reginald, his two grandchildren Rhena and Aziz, his three great-grandchildren Brielle, Sydney, and Taylor, his great-great-granddaughter Nia, his stepson Eric and granddaughter-in-law Kimberly.

Along with his surviving siblings Andrew, Ulysses, Willie James, Irene, and Myia as well as a plethora of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Viewing will take place on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Cremation will take place privately.
