Wasyl Zakorczemnyj

Born In Ukraine, Mr Zakorczemnyj came to the United States in 1956, he lived in New Haven, Conn where he was a member of St Michael's Ukrainian Church. he was a active member of many local ukrainian organizations, most notably the ukrainian American youth Association, wich he headed for a number of years, In 1969 Mr Zakorczemnyj moved to New Jersey and was a member of St John The Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Newark Nj.he continued to be an active member of the Ukrainian community and was a participant in several organizations, as well as a member of the church choir. Mr Zakorczemnyj retired from Stop & Shop in 1988 and was a member of local 464 in Little Falls NJ.he leaves behind his beloved daughter Olga Davis, and two grand daughters Daniel Davis and Anna Davis
