Wladyslaw Smoliniec

Wladyslaw “Walter” Smoliniec peacefully passed into eternal life in his home, surrounded by his loved ones, on October 14, 2022 at the age of 60.

Walter was a carpenter who took pride in his work and was a perfectionist at his craft. People often said anything he touched turned to gold. He always took care of the people around him and never left them without a smile. He was always there to lend a helping hand and words of encouragement.

A dedicated and devoted husband and father, Walter is survived by his wife Maria, and his children Michal, Oksana, and Paul. Along with his surviving siblings Bogdan, Maria, Irena, their children, and his mother, Ewa Smoliniec.

The viewing will be held at Union Funeral Home - Lytwyn and Grillo on Friday October 21st from 5-9 PM.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 22nd at 9:30 AM a mass will be held at Saint John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church followed by his burial at St. Andrew’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery in Bound Brook, NJ.
